PELVIC GROUND

AMS is an Exercise Medical Center with more than 15 years of experience in the rehabilitation sector. Its pelvic floor unit has been treating patients since 2012, both privately and with insurance companies, taking into account that each patient is unique and their treatment must be holistic and personalized to solve their problem.

The lumbar spine, diaphragm, abdominals and pelvic floor form a unit and work in synergy during all movements and activities of daily life.

When these structures are out of balance, injuries or dysfunctions may appear, which if not attended or treated in time may cause physical and emotional disorders.

At AMS we work with different techniques to rebalance all these structures after a detailed evaluation and individualized study of each case, both in men and women.

MATERIALS AND TECHNIQUES

The objective of this service is, detect or prevent any injury involving the internal musculature of the pelvis, and through manual treatments, electrotherapy, respiratory techniques and diaphragmatic unblocking, to eliminate pain and/or recurrent injuries completely.

With physiotherapy we work on the condition and strengthening of the pelvic floor. for a better health of the musculoskeletal system and to rebalance the body in general, thus avoiding future injuries.

Treatment sessions are usually twice a week if we have 20 sessions, or once a week if we have 10 sessions.
